A private, in-home wardrobe experience

It should recognize you.

Honoring who you've been. Making space for who you've become.

Two half-days, one-on-one, in your own closet — for women ready to get dressed as the person they actually are now, not the one they used to be.

There comes a time when the woman in your closet is no longer the woman standing in front of it.

Your body may have changed. Your work may look different. Your relationships, priorities, confidence, or sense of yourself may have shifted. Maybe life changed you. Maybe you changed your life.

And yet, your closet is still holding pieces of who you were, who you thought you should be, and who you imagined you might someday become.

So you wear the same handful of things.

You buy something new, hoping it will solve the problem... and somehow still have nothing to wear.

You keep clothes that technically fit but never feel right. Clothes for a body that no longer exists. Clothes for a job, a lifestyle, or a version of yourself you've moved on from. Clothes you feel guilty getting rid of because they were expensive, beautiful, meaningful, or maybe someday...

Getting dressed becomes one more thing to negotiate.

And eventually, you begin to realize the problem may not be that you need better clothes.

Your closet simply hasn't caught up with you.

WHEN YOUR CLOSET STOPS WORKING FOR YOU

It rarely looks dramatic.

It looks like wearing the same few things because everything else feels complicated.

Standing in front of a closet full of clothes and thinking,

I have nothing to wear.

Changing three times before dinner. Avoiding the photo. Packing far too much because you don't trust what you own.

Maybe you've already tried to fix it.

You've cleaned out the closet. Organized it. Bought new things. Saved outfits. Followed stylists. Promised yourself you'll deal with it when your body changes, work changes, life settles down, or you finally figure out what your "style" is.

And still... here you are.

Spending money on clothes you don't wear. Time figuring out what to put on. Energy negotiating with a closet that should not require this much fucking energy.

Because sometimes the problem isn't that you need more clothes... or better organization.

Sometimes your wardrobe simply hasn't caught up with you.

I’ve never met a closet that doesn’t hold memory. Identity. Aspiration. Grief. Protection. Possibility. And mixed in with all of that are the things that still feel completely, unmistakably yours.

Sound familiar?

Let's Begin → or keep reading for how it works.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

This is for you if:

You've been through a shift — in your body, your work, your relationships, your sense of who you are — and your closet is still dressed for who you used to be.

You have clothes you can't explain keeping and can't quite let go of either.

You've tried the closet clean-out, the capsule wardrobe, the stylist, the app — and you're still standing there most mornings not sure what to put on.

You're ready to be in the room for this work, not hand it off to someone and disappear for two days.

This probably isn't for you if you want someone to hand you a "your colors" chart and a shopping list, or if you're looking for the fastest, most impersonal way to purge a closet. That's not what this is.

HOW IT WORKS

I don't have a script for Closet Alchemy because every closet holds a different story.

Yes, we start with the clothes. Yet very quickly, we realize we're not really talking about the clothes.

We'll sort, try things on, make piles, and probably cover the bed in clothes. No, I'm not going to make you throw away everything that doesn't "spark joy." And no, we're not going to pretend every cardigan is carrying generational trauma.

Instead, we'll get curious, tell stories, ask questions, and notice patterns.

Some closets are filled with beautiful clothes that no longer belong to the life they're living. Some are overflowing because every version of you is still hanging there. Some just need fresh eyes.

Maybe we'll discover you've been hanging onto a story. Maybe we'll discover you've just been hanging onto a really unfortunate pair of pants.

Sometimes there's something deeper going on.

And sometimes the pants are just ugly.

What if the question isn't "What should I wear?" but "What still feels like me?"

Your closet doesn't need to impress anyone.

It should recognize you.

Either way, we begin with the clothes and work our way toward a wardrobe that reflects who you are now... what you love, what feels true, and the life you're living today.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Closet Alchemy takes place over two half-days in your home. I intentionally split the experience because this work asks something of your nervous system — giving yourself a little space in between allows everything to settle before we come back together.

Before we ever open your closet, we'll meet on Zoom to get to know one another, talk about what's bringing you here, and set an intention for our time together.

I'll bring the clothing racks, donation bags, and a fresh set of eyes.

You don't need to organize your closet beforehand. Seriously... don't. I want to meet your closet exactly as it is.

Over our two days together, we'll try things on, make decisions, notice what keeps coming up, and begin shaping a wardrobe that makes sense for your body, your life, and who you are now.

For the pieces you're ready to release, we'll make a clear plan for what goes where, so you're not left with a mountain of bags and no idea what to do next.

WHAT CHANGES AFTER

Afterward, clients describe a new kind of ease around getting dressed. Planning outfits, packing for trips, simply deciding what to wear... it takes less effort and less second-guessing.

There's more confidence - in their wardrobe, their appearance, and in how they're showing up in the world.

But the shift often goes beyond clothes. There's a deeper sense of authenticity — a feeling that what's on the outside is finally more congruent with who they know themselves to be.

WHAT MY CLIENTS ARE SAYING

"Working with Shelley was such a leap of faith that paid off in a beautiful way. I had been going through a pretty big transition, and after doing a lot of inner work, my outer appearance and closet hadn't quite caught up with the new me.

Shelley pulled things for me that I never would have pulled for myself, but somehow they fit magically. It felt like she could see a newer, perhaps even truer, version of me before I could fully see her myself.

The day was spectacular, exciting, glamorous, and fun, but it was also a really deep experience... a beautiful portal into the next version of me."

AE

"When you've changed rapidly on the inside, your outer appearance doesn't always reflect the new you right away. Sometimes there's an outer layer that needs to be shed and replaced.

Having Shelley guide me through that was invaluable. She somehow saw the magic in this newer version of me before I could fully see it myself.

I felt incredibly cared for. The day was spectacular, glamorous, fun, and deeply meaningful... and such a beautiful portal into the next version of me."

“Shelley didn’t need me to show up with everything figured out. She walked me through why each piece belonged in my closet, my suitcase or could come on another trip, and she has such a gift for pulling out the parts of me that needed to be seen, in my branding and in my everyday life. The whole process was easy, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable. I can’t recommend Shelley enough for any woman looking for this kind of support and transformation.”

THE INVESTMENT

Closet Alchemy is a private, in-home experience

$5,000.

That includes:

Two half-days together in your home, plus a Zoom conversation beforehand to set our intention for the work.

Clothing racks, donation bags, and materials - I bring everything.

Travel - I come to you, wherever you are. Logistics are worked out before you book, and travel is built into the price. No surprise add-ons, no mystery bill afterward.

A clear plan for everything you're releasing, so you're not left with bags in your trunk for six months.

No makeover. No prescribed style. No version of you that I think you should become.

Just the space to see clearly, choose intentionally, and shape a wardrobe that reflects who you are now.

Think about what the current version of "not dealing with it" already costs… the clothes bought and returned or never worn, the mornings lost to indecision, the money spent trying to solve this alone. This is meant to be the last time you have to.

Payment plans are available: pay in full, or split across 5 or 10 months. (All payments are non-refundable.)

I take one to two Closet Alchemy clients a month - some months, capacity is just one. If this is calling to you, don't wait too long to reach out.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Maybe it's time your closet reflected the woman who stands in front of it today.

You don't have to know exactly what you're looking for.

Curiosity is enough.

(I take one to two clients a month,
so if this is on your mind, now is a good time to reach out.)
